I don't know much about ol' Annie Leibs, other than she takes a mean picture of celebrity peoples, she had some money problems and she was married to Susan Sontag. I thought this book might be the to-be-expected out-takes of multiple Vanity Fair shoots but I was, as so often is the case, wrongwrongwrong. It's lovely. If a bit dark and depressing.
